OUR STORY…

It all started back in 2004 when I moved back to this country from Argentina for the second time… As most of the international people that end up in this city, I didn’t know many people at first, but I was blessed with meeting extraordinary persons and making great friends in a very short time. Now they are all part of what I call my extended family…  

Knowing that it can be hard for someone that has just arrived to make connections in this city, in 2005 a couple of my friends and I decided to organize a picnic and invite our friends so everybody could meet everybody and make new connections. We just wanted to bring people together… And boy, did it work… Our friends invited their friends, and they invited theirs as well…. It was a huge success and we had a wonderful time. Everybody loved the idea… We organized two more gatherings that year. People spread the word and by the end, we had a big crowd asking for the next event….

Part of the activities at those picnics was playing music and dancing… Everybody seemed to love dancing… So, I started helping a friend of mine promote his parties, and all these “picnic” lovers would come to these events as well…. But, there was a big Latin American crowd craving for more Latin oriented parties when most of these in the city lacked the good Latin atmosphere…

Thus, I decided to start the “South-American style” parties myself… After all, that was what we all were missing: Partying like we do back in our countries… I launched the first party on June 10th, 2006 and it was a great hit. Everybody had a blast and danced non-stop all night long… Pure energy and good vibe!!

Since then, many parties have followed at some of the most upscale venues in the city… Every time, the idea is to bring you:

  1. The hottest Latin music... The best of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, bachata, the latest rock & pop latino, and much more…  
  2. The most beautiful and friendliest crowd in town
  3. The best energy and positive vibe!

In sum, the most fun parties in an unpretentious atmosphere… where you can meet people like you, dance a lot, have a blast and make new great friends.

In addition, the picnic series keep happening every year. And, I am always looking out to keep you posted with any Latin related events happening in the city so that chances for meeting more people and enjoying Latin things will not be missed…
